I hereby agree that Restore shall not be liable to me in respect of any use or misuse of this application or any representation statement or tortious act or omission including negligence arising under or in connection with the application. Restore shall not be liable to me in respect of any loss of profits, goodwill or any type of special indirect or consequential loss (including loss or damage suffered by me as a result of an action brought by a third party) even if such loss was reasonably foreseeable or Restore had been advised of the possibility of it occurring.

Further, I hereby agree that I shall be responsible for and shall indemnify Restore from and against any loss, damage, claims, demands, actions, costs, charges, expenses or liabilities whatsoever in respect of death or injury to any person, loss of or damage to property (including property belonging to me or for which I am responsible) and any other loss, damage, claims, demands, actions, costs, charges, expenses or liabilities which may arise out of, in relation to or in consequence of any use or misuse of this application or information held as part of this application, whether such death, injury, loss, damage, claims, demands, actions, costs, charges, expenses or liabilities be caused by negligence or otherwise.
